AppCan provides the functionality to filter records for ‘Email New Record Notification’, ‘Email CSV Export’ and ‘FTP CSV Export’ Schedule Types.  Only records that match the selected filter(s) will be generated.

Configuring Record Filters

In the Schedule, select the ‘Filter Records’ checkbox.  This will expose the ‘Record Filter’ panel.

Select the required Record Filters for User Groups and/or Global Data Fields.

Save the Schedule.
