Mobile User & Portal User Columns in ‘View Data’

In the ‘View Data’ grid, the ‘User’ column has been replaced with two new columns: ‘Mobile User’ and ‘Portal User’.

• Portal User: Displays the user name for records created or updated via AppCan Cloud, including Portal to Mobile (P2M).
• Mobile User: Displays the user name for records submitted or updated via AppCan XP.

The user name in bold indicates the last person to update the record.

Note:

In ‘Report Builder’, both ‘Mobile User’ and ‘Portal User’ columns are available for reporting. For backward compatibility, the ‘SubmittedBy’ field remains available and reports the user who last updated the record, whether it was a ‘Mobile User’ or ‘Portal User’.
