AppCan Cloud supports the functionality to ZIP and / or PDF all or selected folders.

Document ZIP

Document ZIP allows you to ZIP all, or selected folders, in Document Distributions Apps.

To ZIP documents, edit the required Document Distribution app user ‘Apps’.

Against each folder & sub folder, select the required folders to ZIP.  If no folders selected, all documents in the app are Zipped.

Select the ‘ZIP’ button.  Once the ZIP has been completed, the ZIP file will be downloaded to your ‘Downloads’ folder.

Please note: The ZIP button will only be available if assigned to your profile.

Document PDF Merge

Document PDF Merge allows you to PDF all, or selected folders, in Document Distributions Apps.

To PDF Merge documents, edit the required Document Distribution app user ‘Apps’.

Against each folder & sub folder, select the required folders to PDF.  If no folders selected, all documents in the app are merged into one PDF.

Select the ‘PDF’ button.  Once the PDF Merge has been completed, the PDF file will be downloaded to your ‘Downloads’ folder.

Please note: The PDF button will only be available if assigned to your profile.
