Support Contact Details

Selecting ‘SUPPORT’ from the menu bar, you are able to:

  • Access the link to this Knowledgebase
  • View our support contact details
  • Create a support request
  • View AppCan Cloud and AppCan XP release information

You can contact us via email or telephone with your support issues, however, if your support issue is non urgent it is preferable to raise a support request as below.


Support Requests

Should you have a support issue, you can create a support request.  The AppCan support team monitor requests Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm (excluding UK Bank Holidays).  They will be able to deal with your request, and will contact you either via email, or telephone.


Release Information

The support screen also shows you the details of every release, allowing you to see the changes between each version of AppCan Cloud and AppCan Mobile.  Your system administrator will be notified in advance of updates to AppCan Cloud and AppCan mobile.
