Email Title Configurator

Configure the email title of ‘New record Notifications’ with a selection of useful fields.

The default email title is the Schedule Name.

However, you can configure the email title with up to 5 fields, from the options below:

• App Name
• Schedule Name
• Unique Record ID
• Published In
• Submitted By
• Submitted Date / Time
• User Groups (as set in ‘Admin’ > ‘User Groups’)
• Header Pins

Configure Email Title

When creating a New Record Notification schedule, select the checkbox ‘Configure Email Title’.

A popup box will show, providing up to 5 fields you can use for the Email Title.

Select the required fields and the select ‘Confirm’.  Complete the New Record Notification schedule and ‘Save Schedule’ when complete.
