‘Business Intelligence’ (BI) provides analytical information on:
- Records by Data Collector
- Records by Users
- Document Distributors
The analytical data for the above is integrated with Microsoft PowerBI.
Using BI (Business Intelligence)
- Select ‘BI’ from the top menu.
- Select the required report.
Records by Data Collector
‘Record by Data Collector’ provides a snapshot of records submitted by each Data Collector. You can filter these by Day, Week, Month, Year or custom data range.
Clicking on the value will show the View Data grid for the selected Data Collector app.
Records by User
‘Record by User’ provides a snapshot of records submitted by each user. You can filter these by Day, Week, Month, Year or custom data range. In addition, you can filter based on ‘User Group’ (if configured), ‘Collector’ Name and ‘User Name’
Clicking on the value will show the View Data grid for the selected Data Collector app.
Document Distributors
‘Document Distributors’ provides a snapshot of documents uploaded to each folder. You can filter these by Create Date, Published Date, Valid From & Valid To. In addition, you can filter based on Document Name, Folder Name, Created By and Distributor Status.
