What’s New in build 632

The following changes to AppCan XP mobile app are available in build 632:

AppCan MobileThe ‘Apps’ screen, now called ‘Home’, has been redesigned with the following changes:

‘Apps’ label now changed to ‘Home’
The Alerts icon, which was located at the bottom left on the screen, is now shown as a bell icon in the top right of the screen
‘Options’ has changed to the 3 dot icon
Documents and Forms are now shown in their own folders. You can ‘Hide’ or ‘Show’ the folder contents as required.
You can now pin a document or form in the ‘Pinned’ section. Swipe left on any document or form and select the orange pin icon. To unpin a document or form, swipe left against the required document or form (in Pinned’ folder) and select the orange unpin icon.
There is now a ‘Sync’ button at the bottom of the page. This performs a syncronisation. Pull to refresh is still available.

Linked Apps (Portal)

When assigning a linked app to a user, the child app will be automatically assigned to the user
There is an option in Data Collector Option to hide the child app on mobile.

In linked apps, photos and signatures excluded form auto-inherit field name
Document Distributors with sign-off applied, associated Data Collector auto-assigned to user(s)
