Configuring Tooltips

  1. Access the App Builder:
    • Open your Data Collector app in the App Builder.
  2. Field Options:
    • Locate the 3 dot icon next to the Section Name or Field Type where you want to add a tooltip.
    • Click on this icon to reveal the Field Option popup box.
  3. Text Tooltips:
    • For a Text tooltip:
      • Check the ‘Add Tooltip’ checkbox.
      • Enter your tooltip text.
      • Confirm your entry.
  4. Publish Your App:
    • Don’t forget to publish your app for the changes to take effect and be available to users.

Additionally, if you need a PDF tooltip:

  1. Click the ‘Add Information PDF’ button.
  2. Upload your PDF from your local computer.
  3. Confirm your entry.
