You can build a Document Distributor as a Template for use in new Document Distributors.

• Select the 3 dots icon next to the App Name

• In the Document Distributor Options modal, select ‘Use as Document Distributor Template’, then select ‘Confirm’ and Publish the app.

• When creating a new ‘Document Distributor’, select ‘Use List‘

• In the ‘Select Template’ dropdown, you can now select required template to use.  This will create the new Document Distributor with the folders & documents from the Document Distributor Template.
• Note: You can set multiple Document Distributors as Templates
